At Stellar Joy Art Studio, we take pride in creating and delivering high-quality art. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines our refund and return process for artwork and related products purchased from stellarjoyartstudio.com.






2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges


Since our products are handmade, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please review the following guidelines:
• Damaged or Defective Items – If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• Wrong Item Received – If you received the wrong item, we will gladly send you the correct one at no extra cost.
• Custom & Commissioned Artwork – All custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
• General Returns – Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.






3. Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at contactus@stellarjoyartstudio.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and photos of any issues (if applicable).
3. If approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
4. Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of approval.


• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
• Tracking Required: We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.






4. Refunds & Processing Time
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.






5. Exchanges
